Go back Writing a scope of work (SOW) is one of the most important steps in any project. It is …
UI UX DESIGN
We transform businesses by implementing the right UX strategies and stunning visuals to provide meaningful experiences.
By putting users’ needs in the centre and revolving the business goals around them we find a sweet spot where both coincide. This creates a win-win for both and results in a usable, delightful, efficient and profitable product. From user onboarding to review or purchase, our products stay consistent to provide a seamless experience.
We conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business goals, target audience, product vision, technical constraints, current problems and more.
Talking to users is essential to learn about the problems, expectations and needs. This helps us in creating accurate personas and user journeys.
Checking how similar products are designed. Research is crucial to better understand what users are likely to expect.
To define the core problems in your product, which, if tackled, can increase your product’s conversion rates, improve its usability and address your users’ objections.
We create a flow chart diagram to explain how the user will flow through the new system we designed.
Wireframes are the blueprint of your product. We present this blueprint to get feedback and suggestions.
Create the look and feel that enhances the overall user experience.
Clickable prototype to share with prospects, investors and internal team to gather feedback and iterate further.
We set of standards to manage design at scale by reducing redundancy while creating a shared language and visual consistency across different pages and channels.
We conduct user testing to catch errors and usability issues early on and to ensure a bug-free, user-friendly product.
We’ll have a session with you to discover your product vision and understand the problems associated with it. At the end of the strategy session, you’ll get a re-defined user flow – a path the user will accomplish his task.
With the wireframes tested and approved, we can create a visual design for your product. You can give us some references for inspiration, or we can put together a mood board for you.
Sharing the prototype with prospects to understand user satisfaction, errors, learnability, effectiveness and willingness to adapt to the system
We don’t provide UI UX development services, but we make sure your developers have all they need to implement the product we’ve designed.
Today’s users have access to thousands of apps and web services. They can easily find whatever is needed. If your product is sloppy and doesn’t provide customers with a good experience, they will move to your competitors.
On average, we shoot for a six to eight-week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, and how soon the content is ready – all affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex products will take more time to develop.
At Magnetize Studio, when providing UI/UX design services the very first stage of UI/UX is developing the design concept. When we say “design concept”, we mean 1-2 visualized screens of the application with the mainstream of users imagining how the final design will look and feel.
No, currently we have the capabilities of producing amazing visual experiences, but soon we are planning to launch development services too.
We hear this question a lot. There are many competent UI UX agencies in Mumbai alone and even more globally. It’s hard to be different when the standard is so high.
We ensure that the quality of our UI UX design work and the craft it takes to make it is exceptional. The digital products and interfaces we create are easy to use, look great, and represent your brand in the best way possible. We always assign a multidisciplinary team of senior UI UX designers and other specialists led by on co-founding design director.
We combine creative and product design capabilities under one roof and on the same project.
We work with big corporates, mid-size companies and start-ups. Our goal is to create an impact on your business with our services.
When it comes to design, there is no specific project model one can follow; it completely depends on the product’s kind and expectations. However, as a UI UX Design studio, we have figured out the solution to this problem as well.
There are 4 kinds of project models we follow
Subscription- The project model can be used by businesses that are really fast-paced and have a variable set of requirements.
Fixed Scope- The project model is for brands that have a dedicated goal in their mind to achieve, and we just need to build upon it.
Sprints- To understand a problem, it is best to divide them into small sprints. We even conduct 3-5 days of workshops with the stakeholders and the other members involved to gain a clear picture of the product.
UX Audit- The project model comes in handy when the business wants to redesign a product. We conduct a UX Audit of the product to outcast the problematic areas.

Discovery & Research
We usually start by consolidating all available project documentation and scheduling UX workshops with your team. During those sessions, we interview key stakeholders, collaborate on requirements, as well as ideate, and plan the next steps. When possible, our UX designers talk to your current or potential customers to understand their needs and pain points. In some cases, we may need to audit your existing product to identify opportunities for improvements to the user experience. We will also review competitor products, gather visual design references, and document best practices.
Digital Strategy & Concepts
Based on the discovery & research results, we synthesize a digital strategy and define a UX approach to drive our design process. Since we’re a UI/UX design agency, we will explore different concepts to establish such core elements as information architecture, key screen layouts, and UI design direction. We then validate the resulting concept with users and stakeholders. Once the feedback is in, we make necessary updates to proceed with designing the rest of the product.
After the UI design concept has been approved, we start designing the UI and UX, continuously conducting user tests, and iterating along the way. The UX UI design main activities include user flow mapping, wire framing, user interface design, interaction design, and prototyping. We hand off design assets to developers.
For efficient communication during our engagement, we use Slack, Whatsapp, Telegram, Zoom, Gmeet, Teams or any software you prefer. We do 1-2 stand ups weeky depending on the type of engagement and type of project.
For most projects, equal payments are made at the start, midway, and the end of the project, but we can work with you to set up a schedule that meets your needs. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.
We accept PayPal, Bank transfers, Transfer wise, Stripe and all major credit and debit cards.
A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.
Not by default because it takes time and effort to create a style guide. Hence there is an additional charge to create a style guide. If you need one please let us know earlier.
