If you want to start a project with us, we’ll make a short introductory call to discuss the details. If your project is something we can help you with, we’ll provide you with a designer. You can start working with him or her immediately.

If you feel like we’re a good fit, but would like to see us in action before signing the contract, we can provide you with a 3-days trial. This way you will get to know us better and can make an informed decision on whether you want to go on working together.

The annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits and training costs (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

For efficient communication during our engagement, we use Slack, Whatsapp, Telegram, Zoom, Gmeet, Teams or any software you prefer. We do 1-2 stand ups weeky depending on the type of engagement and type of project.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

We understand how valuable your information is to you. So it is our standard procedure to include a confidentiality agreement or NDA in the contract we share. 

We use Figma to design. For communication and management purposes we use Trello, Slack, Jira and pretty much anything you are comfortable with.
